Chatham-Kent Affordable Housing
The Chatham-Kent Affordable Housing project is a new low-rise modular residential development delivering 27 one-bedroom units designed at a human scale to support accessibility, livability, and affordability. Quasar’s mechanical and electrical engineering contributions support barrier-free design, LEED-aligned performance targets, and energy efficiency exceeding the National Energy Code by 25 percent.
Niagara Region Housing York St. Rapid Housing Initiative
Delivered using a modular construction approach, the Kyros Residential Developments in London, Ontario comprise two low-rise affordable housing buildings with 80 residential units. Quasar’s mechanical and electrical engineering supported factory-built, repeatable systems, detailed Revit-based coordination, and an energy-efficient design achieving a 26 percent reduction below the Minimum National Energy Code.
